International Distribution Services

Founded in 1516, International Distribution Services (formerly Royal Mail Group) is one of the oldest companies in the UK with two main business segments: 1) Royal Mail – a letter and parcel delivery business in the UK, and 2) GLS – a B2B and B2C parcel network in Europe.

Fnac Darty

(over 25% voting rights)

Fnac Darty is a retail business in France, Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Iberian Peninsula specializing in entertainment and leisure products, consumer electronics and domestic appliances. It operates almost 1,000 stores and has a strong online presence.

Foot Locker

(12.3% voting rights)

Foot Locker is an American sportswear and footwear retailer built around sneaker and youth culture. It operates more than 3,100 stores in 27 countries and has a large e-commerce footprint.

J Sainsbury’s

(10.1% voting rights)

Sainsbury’s is a UK-based retailer operating more than 1,400 supermarkets and convenience stores. It offers online food delivery and also owns Argos, a leading UK digital retailer.

Through its more than 11,000 stores, Casino Guichard-Perrachon is a leading retail group with presence in France, where is has a c. 8% market share, and Latin America, through its participation in the listed Brazil-based GPA Group.

TF1 Group

TF1 Group is the leading private French free-to-air TV network with an audience share close to 30%. TF1 is also a major player in French content production and an operator of several strong digital assets.
